Variable speeds, customized angles, and professionally engineered 1” x 18” belts ensure clean, consistent, and cool grinds when touching-up or reprofiling any blade in your collection.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Using 1”x18” engineered abrasive belts in an assortment of five grits and a 4 pulley system that adjusts from 10° to 35° in 1° increments, the Work Sharp Elite Knife Sharpening Solution gives you the most control and freedom of any of our sharpeners. Belt speed is adjustable from 1200-2800 SFM (surface feet per minute) to accommodate a wide range of sharpening and honing tasks, and the Work Sharp Elite Knife Sharpening Solution’s Blade Grinding Attachment is constructed using cast metal components and engineered polymers to endure the rigors of heavy shaping and sharpening tasks.

The center position of the top two pulleys is adjustable to set your preferred belt deflection – a full convex or a near flat convex – allowing you to customize your cutting edge to best meet your needs and preferences. The Work Sharp Elite Knife Sharpening Solution is similar in design to the systems professional blade makers use, providing knife enthusiasts with a high-quality, precise machine to shape, sharpen and hone your blades without the cost of an industrial machine.

The Work Sharp Elite Knife Sharpening Solution doesn’t stop at sharpening. The included Work Sharp Cloth Stropping Belt Kit provides a refined sharpening experience for those who demand the sharpest blades possible. The stropping belts extend your sharpening and honing capabilities to the extreme end of the sharpening spectrum – utilizing micro-abrasive compounds to create an incredibly keen edge for high performance cutting tasks or creating a show-quality finish on your blade edges..
